At Assay Jewelers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with the security tag intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity before sealing the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
